I bought these strings on a reccomendation of the guitar shop for an Epiphone Les Paul. I play alot of rock and blues and these strings seem to work well with bends and overall longevity. I go through strings often and as other reviewers have said, these seem to wear well.
I have used other brands of strings in the past and seem to like these DR's for their durability. I like the sound of these strings after they settle with all different types of picks. I use jazz picks and the sound is still great.

I've been using DR's almost exclusively for about a decade now and I only try a different brand once in a blue moon to recall why I stick with DR's.
The strings are well made, last a very long time, and hold their sound. You will notice the string wearing long before it breaks on you which is one thing I love. I've used several brands where the string will just go with no prior indication.

I love these strings. I play metal, jazz, and blues. These strings can do it all. Bends sound so good, they really make a tube amp cry. I will never use anything else.
